What is Pilates?

Pilates is a low-impact body and mind exercise system designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles while balancing your entire body.

Invented by Joseph Pilates over 90 years ago, Pilates has entered the fitness mainstream proving to be an extremely effective exercise method.

Pilates works by increasing your core strength and stability, which is vital in preventing back pain and injury. Increasing core strength also and allows you to achieve a strong, toned and erect body.

Pilates can be easily modified to suit individual needs and fitness levels. So it's perfect for men and women of any age.
