About Us

Marcia Shapira first opened your boutique Pilates Insight Studio in 2007. Her dream was to spread the significant benefits of fitness programs using Pilates equipment in a warm and friendly environment with an individualized approach.

She has maintained a loyal and happy clientele who embraced Pilates as part of their life-style and the studio as their fitness destination.

In July 2009 the studio moved into a larger and brighter room and Marcia decided to expand the services and reach for the local community to let them know what Pilates is really about.

Marcia is now preparing to give birth to her second child and has gathered a fantastic team of caring and experienced teachers to continue the work she started under her supervision and guidance.  

The Pilates Insight Studio is a tranquil place where you can come and unwind your stresses from head to toe.
