At your local boutique Pilates Insight Studio we offer you a variety of classes to suit your individual needs and budget from small group mat classes to semi-private studio sessions and more.

Class Bookings

When booking for an initial consultation a deposit of $40 will be requested to confirm your appointment. Appointments can be cancelled (fully refunded) or re-scheduled provided that full 24 hours notice is given. This time will be reserved expressly for you.
